Get On Rosters & Find Work
IA Firms
Independent Adjusting firms are where the work comes from. They maintain rosters of licensed adjusters and deploy them to storms and claims as carriers need them. The more rosters you’re on, the more deployment opportunities you see.

Industry Organizations

National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters (NACA)
National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters has been around for many years. It is an organization for adjusters that is run by adjusters. They are a tight knit family that has created a great sense of community. They often help each other with questions out in the field as well as providing leads to each other in finding work. I can’t say enough good things about this group.
